Mike and I like to relax by watching a good movie at home. We recently rented Hachi from Red Box. It was a sweet movie based on a true story from Japan.
When we visited Africa in January, the movie Avatar had just arrived. There does not seem to be as long of a delay in getting movies imported into country as before when we were in Korea.
I understand the missionaries share their DVD collections with each other. So I want to have a DVD player and TV. We will try to take our favorite movies with us. When the power goes out we will have a generator backup.
We will be able to go to movies in Tanzania. Maybe we can even buy popcorn and coke. It is nice to know there will be familiar conveniences for us to enjoy. Joann
